I installed XpostFacto 3.1 on my Beige G3. Everything was working fine with OS 9.1 and OS X 10.3. When I did the Apple software updates to bring me up to OS 9.2.2 and 10.3.9 everything works fine except for my Sonnect Tango USB/Firewire card. When running under either OS, the card will power a peripheral, but it the peripheral never is recognized. I've tried my wireless USB adapter, and an external hard drive (both USB and Firewire interfaces don't work on the HD).

I thought to look for drivers to install from my OS 9.1 disk, but it won't let me install anything from there. Installing XPostFacto 4.0 did not help.

A real bummer, since this is my "media translation machine" (CD ROM, Zip Drive, Floppy Drive, SCSI port, Ethernet Port, and with the Tango Card, USB and Firewire).

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

John

I had the same card with a similar problem. Try using the "logging" version of the USB drver. See the post below
